Tiny Tim Micro Dwarf Cherry Tomato - Heirloom Tomato Vegetable Seeds
Solanum lycopersicum
Listing is for 1 packet of 15 seeds

This is a micro dwarf cultivar meaning plants get around 12-15 inches tall at maturity while still producing regular sized cherry tomatoes. Tiny Tim Micro Dwarf tomatoes are a perfect choice for balcony gardens, small spaces, and GreenStalk garden towers since the plants are so compact. You can grow 1 plant per 1 gallon pot. The cherry tomatoes produced by this cultivar are bigger on avaergae than other micro dwarf varities I have tested out so far. Flavor is awesome too!

Ideal Growing Conditions

Water: Keep soil consistenly moist but not waterlogged

Fertilizer: Regular applications of an organic granular fertilizer, like Espoma Tomato-Tone greatly increase production. Please watch my YouTube video that explains my tomato fertilizer process and schedule: https://youtu.be/PHaXNGErTJ0

When To Sow Seeds: General guidelines recommend to start seeds indoors, 6-8 weeks before your last spring frost date. Hot climate (no snow areas), can also sow seeds indoors during the summer to transplant in the fall. Sow 2 seeds per 4 inch pot or solo cups with drainage holes cut out of the bottom, filled with sterile seed starting mix, cover with 1/4 inch of soil. Place over heat mats, use grow lights, and fertilize once the first set of true leaves appear to speed up growth.

Please watch my YouTube video on how to sow tomato seeds for complete instructions: https://youtu.be/imIFbCSuvBU

Please watch my YouTube video on how to transplant tomatoes into the garden: https://youtu.be/v0Di0vXnv9Y

Germination: 7-10 days

Days To Maturity: 50 days after transplanting

How & When To Harvest: cherry tomatoes are ready when they turn red.

Common Diseases: Tomatoes catch a ton of common leaf diseases caused by various pathogens that die when treated with hydrogen peroxide. If you notice powdery mildew, yellow spots, or black lesions on the stems, spray with 1 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide per gallon of water to clean and disinfect. Repeat every 3 to 5 days until you notice the spread has stopped. If a lot of rain is expected, pre-treatment will help to prevent diseases. For severe leaf diseases use a stronger treatment like Monteray Disease Control.

Common Pests: The most common pest when growing tomatoes are aphids, mealy bugs, spider mites, and worms (like the tomato horn worm or army worms). All of these can be treated with spinosad

Do I have a YouTube video tutorial on how to grow this? YES

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days excluding holidays or delays due to natural disasters like hurricanes.

Seeds are shipped in bubble mailers so they will not be pushed through USPS roller machines which can damage the seeds. I will not ship seeds in an envelope for this reason.

Seeds will be shipped with no planting instructions to keep seed costs low to the buyer. Germination and plant care information is included in the description. I encourage each gardener to research specifics on how to be successful growing them. I also have lots of information on my TikTok, Instagram and YouTube channel all under the account name jerrasgarden. I started this shop to share my love of certain seed varieties and spread the knowledge of gardening. Please contact me if you can't find information or have additional questions.

Orders with live plants are packed on Mondays and Thursdays (excluding holidays or delays because of natural disasters. Plants are shipped in boxes with packaging material to protect them while they are in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final once an order has shipped.

Due to the nature of live plants and seeds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once items have shipped, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Seeds

Since there are many factors beyond our control that affect germination and growing success—including climate, soil conditions, watering, and care—no refunds or exchanges are offered on seeds once they have shipped. All seeds sold are fresh, viable, and the same seeds we use in our own personal garden.

Live Plants

Live plants are non-refundable and non-replaceable. However, we gladly offer a replacement if a plant arrives dead upon delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email info@jerrasgarden.com
  • Include clear photos of all plants in the order, including packaging if possible

Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We are unable to replace or refund plants reported outside of this timeframe, as plant health after delivery is influenced by factors out of our control such as handling, environmental conditions, and care once received.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by USPS or UPS once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Shipping carriers are responsible for transit-related issues.

By placing an order, you agree to this refund and replacement policy.
