White Apple Bitter Melon Seeds – F1 Hybrid, Pearl Skin, Apple-Type Bitter Gourd, Asian Vegetable Garden
Momordica charantia
Listing is for 1 packet of 10 seeds
White Apple Bitter Melon (Momordica charantia) is a striking F1 hybrid variety that stands apart from the long, deeply ridged bitter melons most gardeners are familiar with. These fruits are compact, round, and apple-shaped, with creamy white skin densely covered in lustrous, pearl-like granules that give them a beautiful, textured appearance. Each fruit averages 300–500 grams and matures in roughly 18 days from flowering, making this an early-maturing, highly productive variety with a long harvest window. The flesh is thick, crisp, and juicy with a milder bitterness than traditional bitter gourd varieties — a welcome quality for those who enjoy the vegetable's distinctive flavor without the intensity. In the kitchen, White Apple Bitter Melon shines in stir-fries, stuffed bitter melon dishes, soups, and a wide range of traditional Asian home-style recipes.
